Unexpected gems in a cozy stay
We discovered a nightly cultural dinner at the hotel, immersing us in authentic local flavors and traditions, while the attentive staff made our experience memorable.
The location was a bit far from the old town, requiring a 20-minute grab ride to reach popular spots, which added a little hassle to our adventures.

The lush gardens are indeed stunning with plenty of orchids, creating a serene environment! The pool area felt very inviting, and the daily breakfast spread was always delicious, offering a fantastic variety of local and international cuisine.
The location feels somewhat isolated, making excursions a bit challenging as you're often the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off.

The lush gardens and serene atmosphere made for a picturesque stay. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, though the high prices for dinner felt less justifiable. Enjoyed the spacious room with luxurious amenities, but the long wait during checkout slightly marred the experience.

beautiful surroundings but minor inconveniences
The pool area was an absolute highlight, resembling a crystal-clear river winding through tropical plants. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, enhanced by the luxurious jacuzzi and a multi-directional waterfall shower, making relaxation easy. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were promptly met. The pool view added a touch of tranquillity to our experience.

The pool access room created such a fun atmosphere. Opened up the door to the pool whenever we wanted a swim. that was brilliant! The bathroom felt luxurious, featuring a large shower and a jacuzzi bubble bath. The room itself was spacious, filled with useful furniture and stocked with plenty of toiletries daily. The breakfast selection offered everything from European to Asian, including a must-try Northern pork curry. Staff were genuinely helpful, always smiling and eager to assist with whatever we needed. They even made our honeymoon special with a welcome setup in our suite. they charged full walk-in rates when we arrived a day early. I wasn’t pleased with the tedious check-out process. only one person managed it, creating a long wait. All this made for a slightly frustrating end to our stay despite the lovely experience overall.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hidden tropical paradise! The pool was a blast, and we loved exploring local spots. Definitely try the nearby dinner-show for a unique experience. Breakfast had tons of options, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!
One downside was the check-out process, which felt a bit slow with only one person managing it.

Stunning resort with exquisite spa experience
I recently enjoyed a five-night stay in a Lanna Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Pool Access, and everything was truly delightful. The pool access was a highlight, allowing for easy relaxation between swimming and enjoying the convenient pool bar. Breakfast was a feast, featuring an egg station with friendly chefs and a wonderful mix of international and Thai options, including the must-try Northern pork curry, which was divine. the spa service fell short of expectations. while the treatments were enjoyable, the atmosphere lacked the tranquility that would have complemented the resort's beauty.

Stunning Pool and Exceptional Breakfast
I stayed in a Lanna Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Pool Access, and the pool area was breathtaking, resembling a lush oasis. It was fantastic to step right out of my room into the water, making relaxation effortless. The breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring an egg station with friendly chefs and delectable Thai options like Northern pork curry. On a minor note, the check-out process could be improved as it felt a bit slow during my departure.

The tranquil atmosphere and beautiful Lanna-style architecture made my stay delightful. The lush gardens and the stunning pool area provided a perfect setting for relaxation, beautifully combined with the elegant design throughout the resort's common areas.
A few more accessibility ramps would help seniors.

The overall maintenance of the property has slipped since my last visit, leaving it feeling a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The breakfast selection is noticeably less varied now, and the occasional layout of the dining area can feel cramped. the proximity to mostly office buildings detracts from the atmosphere, especially in the evenings when the area lacks any vibrancy. My room had a jacuzzi, but it was rendered unusable due to a swarm of mosquitoes—a serious downside for unwinding outdoors. The shuttle service to the city has decreased in frequency, leaving gaps during the day when getting back becomes a hassle.
